Join us for a free, confidential, and 100% legal drug-checking clinic to help protect our community this weekend.

Te Wahi Tiaki Tatou, in partnership with Know Your Stuff, is hosting a free and confidential drug-checking clinic on Saturday, 8th March 2025. This kaupapa provides a safe, stigma-free space for individuals to test substances for harmful contaminants—supporting community well-being through harm reduction and manaakitanga.

📍 Where: 5 Lyttleton Avenue, Porirua (Entrance off Bullock Lane)
⏰ When: Saturday 8 March 2025, 11am – 3pm

Reimagining Cardiovascular Health Workshop

Join us in our final reimagining session for 2024, as we look to reimagine cardiovascular health services in Porirua to become more suitable for our communities!

All participants will receive vouchers as a compensation for your time and kōrero/talanoa/discussion.

If you meet the criteria below, register with us now:

  • Have lived experiences with cardiovascular related health concerns such as heart disease, stroke, or TIA (mini stroke).

  • Currently reside in Porirua.

We are looking for up to 12 passionate Porirua community members who have lived with cardiovascular related concerns or know someone who has, to be part of a focus group.

The goal of this workshop is to facilitate community-driven change and have input into re-designing the delivery of cardiovascular health services through their own personal experiences.
