Pathways to Healing: Community Support to Reducing Drug Harm
Together, creating a safer, healthier future.
At the heart of our kaupapa is a shared commitment to empowering our community through equity, collaboration, and compassion. We are proud to announce the launch of Pathways to Healing, a transformative drug harm reduction initiative dedicated to supporting the health and safety of individuals and whānau in Porirua.
What Is Pathways to Healing?
Pathways to Healing is a community-focused initiative aimed at reducing drug harm through education, safe practices, and empowerment. By providing tools and resources to make informed decisions, we ensure that everyone has the support they need to lead safer and healthier lives.
Our work is guided by the principles of manaakitanga (hospitality and care), whanaungatanga (connection and belonging), and equity. We aim to foster a thriving Porirua where every individual feels heard, supported, and valued.
